We love our home and it would make us happy to see someone take it while we’re traveling 😊 It's a railway-style home with a bedroom, office, den, dining room, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Gorgeous natural light during the day; incredibly cozy vibes at night. Amazing for hosting dinners, movie nights, and jam sessions.

A bit about the apartment:

• 7 rooms, railway style, 1 bedroom. Given the layout, it's best for a couple or solo traveler, but the couch in the den is insanely comfortable if you wanted to split with a friend.
• 5 minute walk to F/G lines, right off the boutiques and restaurants on Court St. We absolutely adore this neighborhood. Great restaurants, 20 minutes to downtown Manhattan, 10 minutes to Prospect Park.
• Dishwasher in apartment; laundry in building.
• Pet friendly.
• Movie projector, Roland RD 2000 keyboard, tons of books, record player, way too many kitchen appliances.

Truly the most comfortable couch we’ve ever sat on. We take down the “Repeating” poster and use a little projector for movie nights.

The living room has tons of natural light. We start dinner parties here and then move over to the dining room.

Dining table comfortably seats 6 and 8 with a bit of a stretch. The record player is wired directly to the Sonos, which means you can play records in every room of the apartment.
